If there were a way for the app to display tickets purchased for Italo but through different apps (using the same email as identifier) such as omio, trainline, etc. the app would be a perfect 10. [Or even to input these tickets by hand.] The ability to change tickets to a different day or time without horrendous penalties made me a lifelong customer. I don't understand other train services' need to price gouge so severely when you are rebooking on the same carrier.

Dear Kate, to import your ticket purchased through other platforms, navigate to the "Search Ticket" screen; type Name, Surname, and PNR to retrieve your ticket: if the email of your Italo ticket matches the one of your Italo account, you can link your client code and find your ticket without having to search for it every time. Why do Italo trains have poorly adjusted air conditioning that is so cold it makes you ill? Horrible experience - avoid. Poorly designed app, when I have tried to retrieve previous tickets for accounting purposes it suggests that I add codes etc, the app should be a useful part of the process not a frustrating mediaeval mark on a bone. The app should have easy access to the previous bought tickets and the costs, billing details to save anyone going through emails and banks statements - pathetic

app seems fine, but not happy that there is almost no customer support, you can only call and talk which I'm pretty sure will cost a lot of money just to wait in the queue. ( calling from abroad) should have as email service to help. the web page talks about being able to change tickets but that's only the name, i would like to change the seat number.
